Exclusive Priority PLUS 100-Point Inspection and More

Once each year, your plumber will give your home a thorough inspection, scheduled service and FREE plumbing system adjustments, including all connected equipment. The complete list includes up to 100 different items…a $500 value alone! Here’s a peek at just a few:

  • All of your toilets are checked and tested for leaks and smooth operation. Any needed adjustments are FREE!
  • All of your faucets are tested and must pass a rigid performance test. If they don’t, they’ll be adjusted FREE of charge.
  • FREE minor leak repairs on faucets.
  • All of your exposed water lines are checked for damage.

I have never brought a plumber in and had heard many horror stories so I had apprehensions about multiple issues.  So my expectations were low…

Paul called shortly before my appointment and was at my condo maybe 5 minutes after my scheduled time.  This was surprising on its own.  Paul’s demeanor was very positive and he showed substantial knowledge.  He set out pricing before he started.  I assisted however I could and he was grateful for my assistance.  I offered Paul coffee and he drank it even though I make it very strong.  He also loaned me his dolly so that I could get the old dishwasher out of my unit rather than having to rent one.

The price seemed reasonable but I have little knowledge in this regard.

We noticed water leaking from our basement ceiling.  A week earlier I had hired a handyman to install a bathroom cabinet for us.  The handyman had been installing the cabinet and noticed that the toilet tank was starting to leak and offered to replace it for me.  Because he had diagnosed the problem I told him to go ahead with the toilet installation.  I have been a Plumb Perfect client for years and was a bit nervous about trusting our plumbing needs to someone else.  He (the handyman) had done other work for us to our satisfaction so installing the toilet should be alright also. Not so.

I called Plumb Perfect about 3:30pm and Devon was here by 5:00pm.  He showed me that the wax seal had not been installed properly and that’s why we had the leak.  He also told me that the toilet I had installed was not a very good one and offered to reset the toilet.  He gave me the option of either resetting the toilet or replacing it with a better one.  Either way it was guaranteed.  We decided to replace the toilet.

He had the toilet replaced, everything cleaned up and even cut a hole in the basement ceiling to allow the ceiling to dry out all by 6:30pm.  He was even able to offer me some ideas on how to repair the leak site in the basement.

That’s why Plumb Perfect has my business for all of my plumbing needs from now on.  They are fast and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable!  If I had just called Plumb Perfect in the first place I could have saved myself a lot of aggravation, not to mention, money!  I now have a toilet in my bathroom which I am very happy with but I have a hole in my basement ceiling which would not be there if I had initially called Plumb Perfect.  You guys have my business from now on and I will tell everyone what a great business you people run!  Thanks again for all of your help.
