Exclusive Priority PLUS 100-Point Inspection and More

Once each year, your plumber will give your home a thorough inspection, scheduled service and FREE plumbing system adjustments, including all connected equipment. The complete list includes up to 100 different items…a $500 value alone! Here’s a peek at just a few:

  • All of your toilets are checked and tested for leaks and smooth operation. Any needed adjustments are FREE!
  • All of your faucets are tested and must pass a rigid performance test. If they don’t, they’ll be adjusted FREE of charge.
  • FREE minor leak repairs on faucets.
  • All of your exposed water lines are checked for damage.
  • All of your piping under your bathroom and kitchen sinks are checked for any sign of potential water damage.

As a Priority PLUS member, you’ll go to the front of the line and to the top of our appointment book if you ever need plumbing service, no matter what. For emergencies, you’ll never wait more than two hours for your plumber to arrive at your door. If you move within our service area, you may transfer your membership to your new home or it can be transferred to the new homeowner.

I have never brought a plumber in and had heard many horror stories so I had apprehensions about multiple issues.  So my expectations were low…

Paul called shortly before my appointment and was at my condo maybe 5 minutes after my scheduled time.  This was surprising on its own.  Paul’s demeanor was very positive and he showed substantial knowledge.  He set out pricing before he started.  I assisted however I could and he was grateful for my assistance.  I offered Paul coffee and he drank it even though I make it very strong.  He also loaned me his dolly so that I could get the old dishwasher out of my unit rather than having to rent one.

The price seemed reasonable but I have little knowledge in this regard.
