“I’d like to let you know how pleased I was with your service this week. It was a pleasure to deal with Paul and Bill.  They arrived when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would do (including creatively solving my dishwasher problem), finished the jobs quickly and completely, and were courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

I had a ‘slight’ issue.  My hot water tank was leaking on the basement floor, though not too badly, yet was rusting out.  I had previous knowledge of Plumb Perfect and their thinking on Customer Service and Commitment to the job.

Just following up from my phone call and wanted to pass on a message to Paul, Chris and Devon for their excellent work repairing our outside drain.  Mary and I were pleased with the whole process from call to arrival to estimate to work done… when it was said it would be done.  I was expecting a bigger hole in our driveway but the cut was practically ‘surgical’ and everything looks great.  It is nice to have that repair done noting the pooling of water that was starting to occur.  In all, an excellent process.  Thanks for looking after our house.

Just had Devon out to install a new laundry sink and the service was great.  Would highly recommend them!!

Thank you for acting promptly to our rental property in Caledon.  We hope there will be no further leakage from the tub area and the caulking around the bathtub and by replacing the valve cartridge seemed to do the trick.  We were referred by my brother and was truly delighted with the service.

We noticed water leaking from our basement ceiling.  A week earlier I had hired a handyman to install a bathroom cabinet for us.  The handyman had been installing the cabinet and noticed that the toilet tank was starting to leak and offered to replace it for me.  Because he had diagnosed the problem I told him to go ahead with the toilet installation.  I have been a Plumb Perfect client for years and was a bit nervous about trusting our plumbing needs to someone else.  He (the handyman) had done other work for us to our satisfaction so installing the toilet should be alright also. Not so.

I have called Paul and his team at Plumb Perfect for three different service calls and on a scheduled call to replace a whole house main shutoff valve.  Every task was done professionally, quickly and with accurate estimates.  They are great for emergency calls and scheduled services.

We were very pleased with our technician, Devon Grist!  He was very courteous and knew his job. He explained to us the work that needed to be done and what we should do to maintain our water heater.  An asset to your company!
