Since 1983, Plumb Perfect has been provided plumbing services in the Caledon and Orangeville regions.

I have never brought a plumber in and had heard many horror stories so I had apprehensions about multiple issues.  So my expectations were low…

Paul called shortly before my appointment and was at my condo maybe 5 minutes after my scheduled time.  This was surprising on its own.  Paul’s demeanor was very positive and he showed substantial knowledge.  He set out pricing before he started.  I assisted however I could and he was grateful for my assistance.  I offered Paul coffee and he drank it even though I make it very strong.  He also loaned me his dolly so that I could get the old dishwasher out of my unit rather than having to rent one.

The price seemed reasonable but I have little knowledge in this regard.

I have to say that Plumb Perfect is an excellent company with excellent service.

It was an extremely cold night and I had a couple of pipes freeze.  After several hours of trying to thaw them myself, I called Plumb Perfect and left a message.  I was called back within 2 minutes and was told what time to expect Paul.

Paul called to say he was on his way and actually showed up half an hour earlier than expected.  He fixed the problem very quickly.  He also fixed a small, but in a way, large problem which was so very much appreciated.

I have used Plumb Perfect before and will continue to call them for my plumbing needs.  Thank you.

“Plumb Perfect really stood by their ad! I have had other Plumbers over the years and have never had one show up on time until Plumb Perfect!!  Like many homeowners I found them by flipping through the dreaded Yellow Pages and decided to call them because I noticed their ad stood out amongst some of the others. They advertised that they would show up on time and I thought “yeah right” but their ad states that if they are not there within 20 mins of my appt. time I would get a free dinner! But they did show up on time and the Plumber was very friendly, well mannered, and CLEAN. As a woman I appreciated the fact they took the time to explain things to me (and didn’t talk down to me!).
