I have to say that Plumb Perfect is an excellent company with excellent service.

It was an extremely cold night and I had a couple of pipes freeze.  After several hours of trying to thaw them myself, I called Plumb Perfect and left a message.  I was called back within 2 minutes and was told what time to expect Paul.

Paul called to say he was on his way and actually showed up half an hour earlier than expected.  He fixed the problem very quickly.  He also fixed a small, but in a way, large problem which was so very much appreciated.

I had a ‘slight’ issue.  My hot water tank was leaking on the basement floor, though not too badly, yet was rusting out.  I had previous knowledge of Plumb Perfect and their thinking on Customer Service and Commitment to the job.

Well, it was surpassed.  Not only VERY timely, they also wanted to put ‘covers’ over their boots, to go into a basement, direct from the front door!  I told them THAT attention to detail was not needed.

I would not have any issues recommending Plumb Perfect to anyone.  Professional, friendly, fair and honest.  It’s becoming harder to find true ‘Customer Service’ these days.

“Just a short note to express our thanks on the outstanding service we received from your company. From the initial phone call (a pleasant receptionist, surprise, surprise… I thought they all went the way of the dinosaur) to the completion of the job, there is absolutely nothing negative I can say.

You should consider yourself very fortunate to have an employee like John working with you. He explained everything that was required in a clear manner, as well as gave cost involved prior to performing any work. The nice surprise; cost of job matched price quoted…no hidden costs.

John made it a point to clean any mess incurred from work, as well as respecting our home by wearing shoe covers so as not to track in any dirt from outdoors (a gesture I very rarely see from any contractors these days). John did an excellent job for us, everything working once again! The highest praise I could give to John is that I would feel comfortable with him working in my house with my wife and kids present if I was not home. A couple of days ago I noticed some amount of back up water coming from the sink and main drain in the basement.  I started searching online seeking a solution (have a giant tree in front of my house) and RootX treatment and found this company Plumb Perfect.  I called in the early morning for the fastest appointment.  They came same day 3:30 with everything ready and drop sheets.  Everything was finished on the same day, nice and clean.  I will be their repeating customer again.  The service was perfect, clean, professional and reasonable for what they offer.  Paul was very professional and Danny was very careful and tries his best to keep everything neat and clean.  I appreciated their professional work and taking things very seriously.  Thanks again to Paul and Danny.  Everything is working perfect now.
