Just had Devon out to install a new laundry sink and the service was great.  Would highly recommend them!!

“I’d like to let you know how pleased I was with your service this week. It was a pleasure to deal with Paul and Bill.  They arrived when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would do (including creatively solving my dishwasher problem), finished the jobs quickly and completely, and were courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

We noticed water leaking from our basement ceiling.  A week earlier I had hired a handyman to install a bathroom cabinet for us.  The handyman had been installing the cabinet and noticed that the toilet tank was starting to leak and offered to replace it for me.  Because he had diagnosed the problem I told him to go ahead with the toilet installation.  I have been a Plumb Perfect client for years and was a bit nervous about trusting our plumbing needs to someone else.  He (the handyman) had done other work for us to our satisfaction so installing the toilet should be alright also. Not so.

“We’ve used Plumb Perfect a couple of times now; once in an emergency water heater breakdown on a Sunday evening, a later leak in a wall, and for a couple of smaller adjustments. Excellent service each time, as scheduled with courtesy calls to confirm. Went above and beyond, upgrading to code, procuring parts outside of any standard business hours as necessary. While I don’t have other plumbing services to compare, I feel the prices were fair – I didn’t feel robbed, like some other home services left me feeling.”
