“Just a short note to express our thanks on the outstanding service we received from your company. From the initial phone call (a pleasant receptionist, surprise, surprise… I thought they all went the way of the dinosaur) to the completion of the job, there is absolutely nothing negative I can say.
You should consider yourself very fortunate to have an employee like John working with you. He explained everything that was required in a clear manner, as well as gave cost involved prior to performing any work. The nice surprise; cost of job matched price quoted…no hidden costs.
John made it a point to clean any mess incurred from work, as well as respecting our home by wearing shoe covers so as not to track in any dirt from outdoors (a gesture I very rarely see from any contractors these days). John did an excellent job for us, everything working once again! The highest praise I could give to John is that I would feel comfortable with him working in my house with my wife and kids present if I was not home. His courteous manner, and the fact he actually likes his job, certainly has left a very positive impression with us of PLUMB PERFECT.
As far as we are concerned, an A+ for customer service and job satisfaction. Should we (when we?) require the services of a plumber in the future, Plumb Perfect will be the only company we call. I plan on referring my clients who request a plumber to you.
