We noticed water leaking from our basement ceiling.  A week earlier I had hired a handyman to install a bathroom cabinet for us.  The handyman had been installing the cabinet and noticed that the toilet tank was starting to leak and offered to replace it for me.  Because he had diagnosed the problem I told him to go ahead with the toilet installation.  I have been a Plumb Perfect client for years and was a bit nervous about trusting our plumbing needs to someone else.  He (the handyman) had done other work for us to our satisfaction so installing the toilet should be alright also. Not so.

Just following up from my phone call and wanted to pass on a message to Paul, Chris and Devon for their excellent work repairing our outside drain.  Mary and I were pleased with the whole process from call to arrival to estimate to work done… when it was said it would be done.  I was expecting a bigger hole in our driveway but the cut was practically ‘surgical’ and everything looks great.  It is nice to have that repair done noting the pooling of water that was starting to occur.  In all, an excellent process.  Thanks for looking after our house.

I would like to thank Paul for his efforts with my ‘banging’ shower pipes.  I am happy to report that the shower no longer makes a noise every time you turn it on.  It’s comforting to know that there are still companies such as Plumb Perfect out there that take pride in doing a good job.
