We're asked occasionally, "What's so important about a written guarantee?" or "Don't all companies have a written guarantee?"

Believe it or not, not all companies have a written guarantee, or any guarantee for that matter. Just ask the woman whose newly renovated bathroom began leaking everywhere, only to be told by the company that renovated it, "We get paid for installation only and are not responsible for any problems."

Your needs and our reputation are extremely important to us. That is why we stand behind everything we sell and install... and we put it in writing. This means if you have any problem with our products and/or service, we will come out and take care of it, all at no cost to you.

  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - If you are not completely satisfied with our service repair, we will do the job again to your satisfaction...FREE!

  • No Lemon Guarantee - If we have to repair an item supplied and installed by us more than twice in one year, we will replace the item for you for FREE. Why?  Because nobody should be stuck with a lemon!

  • Equipment & Fixture Guarantee - If any equipment or fixture supplied and installed by us fails during normal use in the first year, we will either repair or replace that item at no charge to you.

  • PRIORITY PLUS Members Guarantee - Priority Plus Protection Plan members receive a minimum two year guarantee on any equipment or fixtures supplied and installed by us.  Priority Plus members also receive double our guarantees on all other home repairs and renovations.

We respect your privacy. Any information collected by our company will be used to complete your service request.  We will also mail out a letter thanking you for your business and information on our company's services and products that we feel may be of interest to you.  Your information will not be shared with any outside party unless you have requested us to do so.

We use return email addresses only to answer the emails received.  These addresses will not be shared with any outside party.

To prevent unauthorized access to your information, we have put in place appropriate electronic and managerial procedures to protect all information collected.
