"Just a short note to express our thanks on the outstanding service we received from your company.

From the initial phone call (a pleasant receptionist, surprise, surprise...I thought they all went the way of the dinosaur) to the completion of the job, there is absolutely nothing negative I can say.

You should consider yourself very fortunate to have a employee like John working with you. He explained everything that was required in a clear manner, as well as gave cost involved prior to performing any work. The nice surprise, cost of job matched price quoted...No hidden costs.

John made it a point to clean any mess incurred from work, as well as respecting our home by wearing shoe covers so as not to track in any dirt from outdoors (a gesture I very rarely see from any contractors these days). John did a excellent job for us, everything working once again! The highest praise I could give to John is that I would feel comfortable with him working in my house with my wife and kids present if I was not home. His courteous manner, and the fact he actually likes his job, certainly has left a very positive impression with us of PLUMB PERFECT.

As far as we are concerned, an A+ for customer service and job satisfaction. Should we (when we?) require the services of a plumber in the future, Plumb Perfect will be the only company we call. I plan on referring my clients who request a plumber to you.

"Today Paul was at my condo to help with some plumbing issues. I have never brought a plumber in and had heard many horror stories so I had apprehensions about multiple issues. So my expectations were low...

Paul called shortly before my appointment and was at my condo maybe 5 minutes after my scheduled time. This was surprising on its own.

Paul's demeanour was very positive and he showed substantial knowledge. He set out pricing before he started. I assisted however I could and he was grateful for my assistance. I offered Paul coffee and he drank it even though I make it very strong.

He also loaned me his dolly so that I could get the old dishwasher out of my unit rather than have to rent a unit from say Home Depot.

The price seemed reasonable but I have little knowledge in this regard.

I was very pleased with my experience with Paul.
